The discovery of a breast lump—whether by chance, during a routine breast self-exam, or during a clinical breast exam—can be stressful for a woman. Because a lump can be a symptom of breast cancer, all persistent breast lumps should be evaluated by a physician. However, the majority of breast lumps (approximately 80%) are due to non-cancerous causes.
If a new lump is found and does not disappear after the menstrual cycle, then it should be reported to a physician for clinical evaluation.

The lump could be a number of things but you wont know what the lump is until a specialist has seen it.
Your doctor will send you off to have an ultrasound and/or mammogram and then these will go to a specialist.
The specialist will decided what needs to be done next. You maybe have to have a biopsy where they take a tissue sample from the lump or the lump may meed to be removed completely.
Most lumps are harmless but you don’t want to risk it. If there is something wrong, it is best to get treatment as soon as possible.
Good luck :)

Go to the doctor and ask him about it. I think that is a carcinomic cell a.k.a cancer cell! But still don't be alarmed because it's my point of view, but always be sure, go to the doctor fast as you can!
