why wouldn't you need then? are you no longer using snail mail? - just get as many 2 cent stamps as you have 39's and you'll have the correct amount for current first class mail (41 cents for 1st oz)

If you don't want to buy 2 cent stamps and use them, take 39 cent ones back to the post office, they will refund your money on them. At least they did for me a couple of years ago.

Well, if I can add my .2 cents. I have 200 .39 cent stamps, I wish to do a direct mailing HOWEVER sending a postcard with 3 stamps on it is WAY beyond tacty. Can you image what the receiver would think of my company?
