i am a 15 year old boy i have a laptop already and also have a wii so i dont want a xobx or ps3. what should i buy or should i invest it?

Save it.

Just put it in the Bank for now. If you want to invest it...and thats not a bad idea, go conservative with it. Look for a good growth stock mutual fund. Personally though, the market is going through a crazy phase right now...I'd stay on the sidelines till after the American Election is over, and then look at investing your money early in the next year. Till then just put it in a bank...perhaps a Certificate of Deposit.

Put it in a savings account for when you are 17 then you can have a full course of driving lessons from the interest. Maybe you could buy a car with it in a few years or spend it when you go to collage. At 15 you couldn't really do anything constructive with the money so you will only end up wasting it.
BTW lucky you ВЈ400 is a lot of money.

Stick it in a bank account!! yes it sounds boring but you will appreceiate that money when your older

I would put it into a Young persons savings account. there are 2 good rates on the high street just now. Then when you turn 16 ( I think it is 16 ) you can open a cash ISA. My daughter loves it when her interest goes into her account.This year she had ВЈ202.00 interest in her account ( she has been saving for a while) . The best bit is as she is now working she does not pay tax on her interest.
