Need to know if your name is on the property and mortgage, if not you are goning to have to go to a solicitor and provide evidence of what you have paid over the years. If your name is on the Deeds you can force a sale to get your share. Your share will probably be after whatever she put in has been deducted. It all depends on what was agreed at the time of the purchase. Ask the solicitors who acted for you.

You have to be able to prove that you paid towards the bills, it looks to me that she has put in most of the money, see a solicitor to sort this one out, good luck

There is no such thing as a common law husband, this is currently under review, but you do have a right, provided your name is on the mortgage and that you can prove that you have been contributing towards the bills, to a percentage of what you have paid and an interest in the increased value of the property.
You will need to consult a solicitor or the CAB, but try and talk this through with her first.
