Get out of there before she does!! Unfortunately, California is an "at will" state ... meaning she doesn't have to have just cause to fire you. |

Call the Fair Labor Board and report her for discrimination. |

how does she discrminate you?? by what way?? and why?
Please add some details if possible.
If she is going to fire you, she must have reason(s) to do.
You said she is trying, so she doesn't have any reasonable reason(s) to fire you. Thus if you don't really like her and the job, and if you get the same kind of job easy, then I think you quite that job is better than she fire you in this situation.
on the other hand, you didn't be fired at that time. Then the problem, I think, is not serious to get fired, so if you wanna stay, then do your work carefully from now on.
Good luck. |

Find out who her boss is. Who does she have to answer to. Go to the top and find out why this is going on and why they would allow it. If that does not work there are laws against discrimination. |

Difficulty at work is often taken very personally, and given the state of our laws today, true discrimination is rare. You should make your case to your supervisor directly, and with a well-written and supported letter that you copy his/her boss to. Not that I'm not supportive, but most often, a complaining employee is not discriminated against, but is a poor performer and difficult to work with. Look carefully at your own situation before you proceed, and look at it from your bosses point of view. |

This has happened to me before and I tried to follow proper procedures - the supervisor was (mentally) harassing me. Well, I got fired. So I say suck it up, hold on to it as long as possible, but meanwhile... look for a new job! Good luck!! |

Don't use any protocol, just report it to a higher power. Go Corporate if you have to. |
