Ignore it. This a variant on the 'Nigerian scam' that's been going the rounds for some years. If you co-operate with this 'lawyer' you'll end up having your bank account drained. Stay well clear - and if you feel like it, forward the email to the police. |

Tell him to give you £10,000 as a security against possible fraud. If he is genuine you will hear from him again if not well that is that. |

Delete the email. Don't try and contact them, even to tell them to piss off, because you'll just be verifying your email address and you'll be flooded with spam. |

We don't call lawyers in America barristers. We call them lawyers, so that would be the biggest clue that it is a total scam. |

Similar scams originate from Africa. America does not have Barristers. Be very careful if the standard of English is poor. Never ever send any money, you'll never see it again. |

Just press the delete button or better still spam it! I have had so many variants of this type of letter, it is unbelievable! Something should be done to stop these people doing this as some people are quite gullible! |
