1st make sure you get something you want. its permenant. the removal laser process is expensive and leaves scars. also it hurts, dont let anyone tell you it doesnt. some hurt more than others, but they all hurt. dont be afraid or reluctant to spend a good bit of money, the old saying 'you get what you pay for' is very true in this case. dont go to "some guy my cousin knows that got a gun" b/c he'll just ***** up your skin. if you get a bad tattoo that causes scarring its hard to cover it up. find a good artist and check out his portfilio. if he doesnt have a portfilio, find another artist. if you want to know some more drop me a line digital_bobby@sbcglobal.net or on yahoo messanger. id be happy to help. when i started getting ink done, no gave me advice and a few thousand dollars later i some good pieces and some $hitty ones. |

actually it totaaly depends on ur taste...
pros: some of them really look cool and cute(unless they are exaggurated or cover all ur body!!!)... they give u charisma at some point...
cons: some people find them irritating and even some find it outcast...
u might get bored of the same symbol or desing after a while and it would be hard to get it off as u have to use laser operation and stuff... |

the pros are it is a great experience . because you probaly will feel a bit scared and excited at the same time, as well your head will be filled with ideas about designs and it can fill your imagination with all sorts of visions.
the downside is you are stuck with it for life if you dontmake the right choice. andthey can look a bit lonely on there own,so then you have to start thinking about getting another one and they are expensive, and you wonder whether you are going to fully embrace this culture of body art.
Hope that some food for thought. |

I have 2 tattoos. If you can't decide, don't do it. When you're totally sure you want a tattoo and know what you want. Wait another 6 months. If you haven't change your mind, then get it done.
I would suggest going to different tattoo shops and find an artist that you'll want your tattoo done by. Don't judge a tattooer by the kind of tattoo they have on, they probably didn't do it on themselves. Ask to see examples of the kind of tattoo the artist did in the past. |

Pros....hhmmmm.
Cons...Very difficult to remove as well as expensive and painful to both have done and remove. Scars the skin. May go horribly wrong. You may hate the result. You may regret it. They're expensive. You may develop a reaction/problem after the procedure i.e infection... |

the pros and cons are whether or not youre gonna like it in a few months/years. my only advice is get something that means something to you and will still mean something in 10 years time, otherwise youre gonna regret it. if in doubt but you have to get one then get something on your back cos then at least you got one and if you don't like it you never have to see it |
