contact your bank and the police. make a complaint to the police so they have it on record, and your bank will be able to stop the monthly payments. you should be able to claim money back too as you should have signed a direct debit form before they can set this up. if you didn't sign it, they cant do it! good luck |

Ring up your bank... and tell them about your the problem that Vistaprint are taking money out of your account without concent. The bank will then immediately cancel the payments with Vistaprint.
then the bank will then refund all your money back into your account within 3 working days.
Hope this helps |

Stop the payments at your bank. You probably inadvertantly set up a subscription when you bought the labels. If you have an "account" with vistaprint log on and amend your details if you can. Also look for a phone number you might get more luck ringing them. |

They are well known for it. My mate was stung in the same way, when she questioned it she was told it takes it out so that any future orders are already paid for...when she asked for her account or subscription number to check how far in "credit" she was she was told she couldnt access that information. She never got her money back but she didnt actually try that hard. Stop the payments via the bank and ring trading standards to see if there is any chance of them looking into it. That way you may get some of your money back. |

vistaprint is a company which has set up a new scam of rewards system whereby they charge you £9.95 each month. they are not contactable and do not reply to emails.
i would suggest that you cancel the payments by speaking to your bank and if possible confirming this with written instructions, sent by first class recorded signed for delivery so that you know they have recieved the instructions. (you can get the signature copy from the tracker page of royalmail). k
You must also keep proof of reasonable steps you have taken to cancel this arrangement with vista print if possible. such as copies of the email or postal correspondence (letters sent and recieved), once again sent by first class recorded delivery. this will be helpful if the company threatens you later with legal action for not paying them, or sends you a notice for making a payment.
email them on both these email addresses -
cancel@vprewards.co.uk & enquiries@vprewards.com
keep a record of all emails and postal correspondence. if bank refuses to cancel the payments, then cacel your account or card and set up a new one.
report the matter to the trading standard and ask them for advice. keep a record of your correspondence with them as this will help in your legal battle. record all names of the persons you speak to in the bank, in the vp company or any other legal adviser with accurate details of the conversation, date and time.
also look at the links below for further help. all the best. |
