I think your best bet would be to contact the property management and let them handle it. Going through them can allow you to stay out o fit and still get it resolved without having to deal with a confrontation. |

one of my boyfriend's neighbors must be a dj because he plays music at 5:30 or 6:30am. we just pound on the walls and he turns it off. next time you hear her just call and let her know i can hear you. just do it flat out. |

If the noise being made by your neighbor is disrupting your sleep or causing problems for you there is no harm in politely asking her to be a little quieter. What she does and how many men she has around is her own buisness but if she's being to loud knocking on her door and aksing her politely to keep the noise down might work especially if she has something going on up there of a questionable manor. She may not realize how thin the walls are or that she is being too loud. |

Well, you could go about this many ways... the civil & polite way or the "daaaang...that's cold!" way...
Either don't say anything and learn to deal... or tell her politely, with no hinting, just politely say it flat out, that you can hear her and her guests and you would appreciate it they were a little quieter.
Or...
Do anything from playing music and banging on the ceiling to recording her and leaving the tape on her door the next morning for her listening pleasure.
You could always complain to management of the property or even call the cops - tell them you saw two men go in and there's a lot of noise...you hear a disturbance...! Maybe they should investigate! |
