yes, if there is a warrant out for you, then they can pick you up anywhere in the US for it. |

Yes but it's not likely. It's not worth the time & money. Why not just pay the ticket? |

Are you still a teenager living at home? Why would you spend time worrying about getting picked up the next time you drive anywhere. Grow up and go pay the ticket or you can just wait util the state suspends your license for not having insurance and then it will cost you more. |

If you get pulled over and they find you have a warrant in any county, the county you are in will arrest you. They usually will not go to your home to arrest you for something like that...but if I were you I would go to the Hobart court house and present evidence of insurance to get it all straightened out. You will have to pay court fees but it's better than jail time, right? |

Yes. But they will probalie wait for you to screw up again. Normally they won't bother with a summary offense like a ticket. They enter to warrent into the system and wait for you to get pulled over again. My advice to you is to pay the ticket. Why would you want that on your shoulders everytime you get into a car. |

Yes they can, but they probaly won't bother if you haven't done anything more serious.
My advice ... do the right thing and go back and get it sorted out so you don't have to be looking over your shoulder everyday. It will probably go better for you if you voluntarily get it sorted. |

?

They can but probably won't. The next time a cop asks for your info you are going to jail so why not turn yourself in? |

only if its alot of money on the warrant then it might be a possibility |

It depends on how Hobart is from Gary. If it farther than 35 miles outside of their jurisdiction typically not. They can but usually won't. It will become a bench warrant for your arrest. The next time your plate is run you will be taken in by whatever jurisdictional officer is there. They will then contact Hobart and ask if they want to come get you. If it is something that can be taken care of without a major deal they won't come out (depending on the distance). If it is a major offense they will. |

yes, your ticket is for a State issued driver's license. It would take precedence over local laws. Pay the fine and sleep peacefully. |
