OK my subtotal is 52.95 I have to add 9.95 for shipping & handling which = $62.90 but I have to add 6% sales tax to the 62.90 and I don't know how ! Additional Details how much would my order total?

Since ur sub-total is 52.95, add 9.95 to it = 62.90. Then multiply 6% (x 6/100) = 3.774. Round this number up to 3.77.
Add 3.77 to 62.90 which will total 66.67. Simple equation.

Ball park figuring 6% on the dollar means six cents for each dollar, sixty cents for ten dollars, five tens(fifty) would be 5 x .60 or a little more than three dollars in tax. Ain't math fun!
