I would call the credit card people and ask them what they think you should do and I would also cancel that card because if it was a scam they now have that info and might try to start using it!! Did u try to google the company maybe you can find something more about them! |

In most cases, online purchases get charged before shipping the merchandise; the vendor wants to ensure payment before "giving" away their goods... Depending on your shipping method, it could take a while....
If it has been awhile, your first recourse is to call the company to find out what happened, if they have sent the goods or what the status of your order is. If they don't provide you with any information, or you aren't able to get a response, head to your bank or financial instituition and explain the situation to them. They can dispute the charge and credit you back your money.
As far as reporting them, contact your Better Business Bureau, to make a complaint against the company, however, there is really nothing that they can do.
Let the buyer beware. |

Where did you order it from? Is there any tracking info? You can start by contacting your bank and let them know your card was charged with non-receipt of item. How long has it been since you ordered it? |

Anytime you order something online your card is charged immediately. Depending on how long it has been since you ordered it you should call the BBO. If it hasn't been long maybe it just hasn't gotten to you yet. |

Some places charge your card immediately, and others charge when the item ships. How long has it been? If it's been far longer that the company claimed shipping would take, then I'd call the CC company. If it's only been a few days, just calm down and wait a reasonable amount of time for the item to be delivered. |

That happened to me a couple of years back. I bought a CD from GMAC or something like that. I got charged for it, and all the info just kept saying it had shipped. But I never got it. I was stupid enough to do business with a website that didn't have a contact phone number, only a contact e-mail address. I learned my lesson from that....fortunately it only cost me $15 to learn it. Now, I refuse to do business with a website that doesn't have a phone number listed. And I quite often call them and place my first order with them over the phone. Online shopping is convenient, but it's often quicker if you call and talk to a human. |
