When I got a similar come-on a few years back, I said that was good, just deduct the transfer fee from the money! Guess what???
Try that with them!! |

NO, that is definitely a scam. I've gotten those, too, but I have never responded because I know better.* |

Rule of thumb. If they ask you for any money up front, it is a fraud. Run to the hills... |

It's a scam, don't do it! |

That is a scam. Don't pay him anything or give him any of your personal information. Why would a bank in Burkina Faso have your information and give you 10 million inheritance money? It sounds suspicious and you hear of scams like this happening all the time so my advice to you is to keep your money. |

If you do this, I have some swamp property I would like to sell you. You could build a mall on it and make lots of money.
You are being scammed, do not fall for it. The rule you go by, is if it sounds to good to be true, it usually isn't true. |

Wow! I too received a letter from a guy in a bank from Burkina Faso for an inheritance of 10 million, and all I had to do was pay 510 dollars to transfer the fund to my bank, and HE would handle the rest. What a coincidence! |

Don't pay any money! If you inherited any money from anyone it wouldn't cost you anything to get it put in your bank. Never ever pay any money to recieve money. |

You and most everybody else on here and abroad. Delete it and don't respond. It is a hoax. |

I know someone who was charged by the police for doing this. it is a scam to get your money and you may possibly get in trouble for it. |

Don't pay it, it's a scam. Discard the letter. |

I always ask them for $5000 up front as "good faith" money before giving out personal information.
(Think about it: no one has that kind of money to give you, and if they did, they'd buy a yacht, not give it to you.) |

Give him your bank account, your credit card numbers, your social security number and your mother's maiden name. If you believe this is actually a good idea, then you deserved to get ripped off. |

It is good that you posted this. You are in line for being scammed. This is a typical example of a scam mail. There is no inheritance anywhere.
I am from West Africa, and am quite familiar with all such schemes which emanates from West Africa and Europe. The government of Nigeria is doing all it could to fight against e-fraud such as this.
If you pay the $510 and they will demand more money, again and again to perfect that inheritance.
You will lose ALL your possessions to them. I will advise you to please steer clear. Ignore them. |

I will save you $100.
Just send me the first $410 of the amount, and I'll make up the difference and send it on in to Burkina Faso for you - just promise you'll give me 1/10th of the total inheritance and I'll call it square.
Do we have a deal? |
