dreaming about death actually symbolizes birth in real life. But that doesnt apply to ALL dreams about death. It could mean a number of things. Is there someone in your dream who died? maybe you two had a fight and you feel like your friendship is 'dead'? Is there something going on in your life that is new and you don't know how to handle it? You can also google it and type in dream interpretations in the search box. |

Death can mean a lot of things in a dream. If it was someone you know that died in the dream, you might feel some apprehension about their becoming distant from you in some way. Death can also mean transition, and reflect some discomfort you have about an upcoming change in your life. If someone you know died in real life, it may be simply replayed memories.
However, I think we can rule out it meaning that someone close to you will die. Dreams are a lot of things, but they're not usually prophetic, ancient superstitions notwithstanding.
More specific details of the dream would help to pin down its significance. |

It means your subconcious decided to focus on death for a night...big whoop. Dreams don't predict the future or anything, they're just your subconcious mind coming to the forefront in a way it doesn't normally get to since your concious mind is normally in control...come on, do you really think dreams can tell the future? I'm sick of all these questions about "I dreamed X, does that mean Y is going to happen?" NO! It's a DREAM, not some sort of prophecy. |
