dont wear yourself out during teh day. you might wake up to much in the night, as if you wake up, and go back to sleep, you must repeat the cycle all over again. i get it often. i am too young to use sleeping pills, but they might help you!

put two slices of cucumbers over your eyes and leave them for about an hour. it works like a charm.

Get one of those freezable eye masks and put it on your eyes for about 5-10 min when you get up, this will help the bags, but I don't know a way to prevent it.

There are different causes to this. Without knowing which it is, I offer you these answers:

Bags are sometimes caused by water retention, if you're retaining water your problem may only be temporary and will clear on its own.

Use an anti-puffiness cream or serum, there are plenty out there, like Nutragena Active Copper.

I heard from a movie that you can use preperation H to get rid of bags, Cucumbers over the eyes work too!

i know a lady who puts a spoon in the freezer and in the morning she puts it under her eyes or on her bags.

u can put cucumbers in your eyes for like 10 to 15 minutes or i also heard that u can use hemroid cream put that on ur eyes not in

some people have said preperation H works by tightening up that skin. I haven't tried it but no this isn't just being funny I have heard it lots of times.
