I know a lot of people with anxiety, and it almost sounds like you are experiencing an early stage of it. Depending on how bad it gets, and you are the judge of that (Are you tensing up ALL the time? Or some of the time in certain situations? Does it prevent you from normal activity or keep you from getting things done?), I would suggest seeing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. They can work wonders, especially early. It involves no medication. They simply give you exercises and techniques to lessen / take away that anxiety and tension. You probably wouldn't even need to see someone more than 3-6 months, depending on how early / severe the situation is. |

1. Usually one gets tense if there is a problem?
2. If it is a problem, there MUST be a solution.
3. Enjoy finding the solution, be calm.
4. If there is no solution, it is not a problem. Then what?
5. It is the reality.
6. If it is a reality, whether you wish or not, you got to ACCEPT IT.
7. ONCE YOU ACCEPT THE REALITY, THE TENSION WILL MELT IN IT, AND THE PEACE OF MIND WILL FLOAT WITHIN YOURSELF. |

Concentrate on your breathing and learn to relax. After the situation, evaluate what you could have done to change the situation or make it better next time. |
