I want a cell phone thats flashy but cheap, any suggestions?

It really depends on what you want on the phone as far as extras go, how much you are willing to pay, what carrier you have and if you want used or new.

Sometimes your phone carrier will have some good deals. For instance, I have Verizon Wireless, I think they are a great company and I've had them for years with no problems (started life with them as GTE Mobilenet then it was bought by Verizon). When you go onto www.verizonwireless.com you can go in as an exising customer and see what they have, they have the cool plan of "new every two" where you can get a new phone up to a $100 value every two years, and if the phone you want is over $100 you just pay the difference. They also have some great deals for new customers just looking to switch over to them. Cingular Wireless has similar deals as well (I only know this to keep up on what the competition is offering plus I pay the cell phone bill for my office and they use Cingular).

Now if you already have a plan and are just looking to find a new or used phone then I would suggest going on to Ebay and searching for phones but make sure to put down your carrier so you get the right phones for the correct carrier system. I got a great Nokia for my daughter about 1-1/2 years ago on Ebay, it was used but in great condition, had only about 20 or 30 hours of talk time. The person who was selling it switch his entire family to Sprint so that everyone in the family could have a phone. Sometimes you'll get used phones that are in good condition and they already have additional ringtones on them and games from the prior uses downloads.

Hope this helps in your decision. And by the way, the Razr is over-rated. Both Verizon & Cingular have it for $99 but 9 times out or 10 when you drop it the phone no longer works. Good luck and happy hunting!

whatever you do, dont get the motorola razr. its overrated, and boring! i just got one like a few weeks ago, and im already tired of it! good luck on your search!!
