You are not alone. The fast pace has really made people less healthy in many ways. Try to examine your life and see where you can make some healthy changes. What do you do on your day off? Try to cook large healthy meals and make extras so you can freeze some in small containers, you can pull them out and nuke them when your in a hurry. What about getting together with friends or family and each choose a night to cook, take turn eating at each others homes. You can eat a wide variety of healthy foods and share great conversation. Each one of you could plan to cook on a night that is free for yourself. It also helps on the costs. Be creative. Good health is worth finding the time or means to improve. You will not be able to keep this pace up, if you do not take time for your mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. Try to incorporate walking in your routine. While house cleaning incorporate excercise in the routine. Make it like a creative game. |

For the eating part try a slimfast drink in the morning and lunch time with a healthy snack in between. Like an apple or orange. If you can't afford to go to the gym try buying a exercise bike. You can sit down and still get exercise. |

eat more fruits and vegees! stay away from proccessed foods like white breads, white rice, and things with lots of sugar. Eat more fish and chicken, not so much red meat.
for exercise, you MUST exercise, do 7 min of jumping jacks or jump rope when you first wake up in the morning. This gets your blood moving and therefore your metabolism as well as works your cardio and firms your legs |

Get a hand counter/clicker like an umpire uses. Limit yourself to 120 bites a day and eat what ever you want. Take normal bites and anything you eat or drink that contains calories is a bite/swallow. Once you get used to 120 bites a day start lowering the amount. And walk. |
