Sounds like you are depressed.I have been in this spot a time or two in my life, I think it happens to everyone. It can be a lonely place to be in life when people really dont understand what you are going through.
I would say that if you are feeling that low and want to die, please call a counselor or therapist, to help you get through this rough patch in your life.
You can find listings in your local yellow pages.
Just know that these hard times in life never last, you eventually will come through it and life will get better, it always does. If you know God pray if you dont turn to Him.
You will be in my prayers and if you need to talk to somebody you can email me at: Lisacamp1@verizon.net
God Bless You! |

Remember things in your life that make you happy, write a list if you have to. Concentrate on those things. Force yourself to go for a walk...mind over matter (not to sound like Tom Cruise) : ), write down the things that are making you sad and if you can't do anything about them rip up the paper and throw it away. Pray for guidance.
Tomorrow is another day and things can get very bad sometimes in your life but trust me, they will get better. I promise. |

I sure know how you feel. Try to hang in there. There may be great things around the corner. There have been times when I hit bottom and then something miraculous happens, and I am glad I was there to see it. Life really is pretty short. Day to day hassles and really big traumas all pass. 100 years from now things won't matter. Everyone feels like you do at some time or another. In fact I'm kinda feeling low RIGHT NOW! Your question helped me too. Thanx! |

Try helping someone else that is having a hard time. At least for the time you spend concentrating on the other person and helping them with their problems you won't be thinking about your life and it's problems. I know it sounds strange but it works and it makes you feel better. |

Lonely there are a lot of people in this world who have gone through what you are feeling right now. THe first step you need to take is relize that you're not alone and connect with other who understand your pain.
Religion, regardless of your faith, may help you long term but you also need to do something about it immediatly. I've done a little bit of serching for you and I'd like for you to visit this site. read what they have to say and use the links and phone numbers they provide.

Hypothetically speaking, I think eveybody may fill this way at lease one time in thier life. But the best thing you can do is "Pray" and ask GOD to seek you throught the troubled times in your life. Keep your head high and walk lightly and you'll see a better tranaction happening in your life. Also keep the negativety out of your life that is causing you to feel this way, and try to surround yourself with positive influences that can make a transition on your whole situation, and with the grace of GOD, "your life". Good luck, and dont let what I'm telling you go in through one ear and out the other! |

Don't mask your problem.. and don't get depressed thinking about "hanging in there" (nice sentiment, no substance) the best thing you can do is to HELP SOMEONE ELSE. seriously. start small. Compliment someone. Pick something up off the ground that someone dropped. help an old lady with her groceries. You will be so amazed at how good you will feel about you and life. Do something as often as you can until you feel like you're worth volunteering in some way. Come on, I know you like kids, grandmas, cats or dogs, right? So help someone or something and great karma will come back around and help you! Promise! |

Pray. Read the Bible. Accept Christ as your savior. God made you, you are unique, special, and you are loved. You are here for a reason, and God made it that way! Lay your life down at his feet, and you will find a way! |

Smile. Always remember that whatever you are going through someone else's life is worse then yours. Then try talking to someone who has no part in whatever you are going through. You should get an honest opinion. |

If you don't already, pray! If you already do, keep it up. God hears you. The medication answer is also a very good one! |
