Actually, this year we locked raises at 3%. You got almost 4%, although .38 doesn't sound like much, it is reasonable. Where do you live? I am sure you can make more somewhere else. Even in another year, if you get the same raise, you won't even make $11. I don't think there is a minimum increase, or that your boss is cheap. It is reasonable. |

The increase is .38 per hour.
There are no laws that employees must receive a pay increase.
You could always find another job. |

there are no laws in any state requiring employers to give any a raise at all - you got a 3.8% increase - about average for the country - 10.38 /hr beats working at Disney World, I'll bet |

38 cents extra an hour could be pretty nice. appriciate your raise.
if you work 40 hours a week.. that's an extra 15 dollars. keep doing good work and you'll get other raises.. then it's $30, $45, $60.. and so on. |
