Japanese is a good one if you want to get into international business, and spanish is also very popular.
Spanish, french and italian have alot of simular words so if you learn one of them, you may be able to pick up on the others (to some extent)

Definitely Spanish. With 40 million illegals here in the U.S. you will be able to communicate with them if you have to during your travels. It's been my experience that in some states like Texas and California, you can't get a job in some areas if you don't speak Spanish.

Spanish, it is the second most widely used language in the world last i checked compared to English. Almost every school and major university has it, and it is tons of fun. I am taking spanish classes now.
