im agreeing with the above posters..see a dr ASAP. could be endometriosis, cervical cancer, or a simple hormone imbalance.
take vitamins now too, your blood-iron may be low..but dont over-do...just 1 multivitamin a day.
also start a clensing diet to help body repair itself from the stress.
wishing u well =) |

Go to the doctor!!! Your doctor can find out what is causing the bleeding and give you something to help. |

See your gynecologist. They might be able to prescribe something to stop it and to determine what the cause is. |

You didnt mention how old are you. If you r just experiencing mensturation, it could be due to the hormone thing. Do see a doc to rule out any undesired complication. I would advise you to take EPO (Evening Primrose Oil) which you can buy from any medical store or pharmacy. My friends who have taken it, swear by its effectiveness in making their periods regular without aches and pains.Take liver or some iron pills to replace the excessive blood loss. Your doc will advise you on that. May God Bless you to care of yourself. |

Hey, I had the same issue. I went to the doctor because I bleed longer than my usual menstrual cycle days, and the doctor had to prescribe me some hormonal pills to control and eventually stop the bleeding. Taking the hormonal pills was only temporary. Everything worked out fine, although the longer you wait the more fatigue you will become. |

Your age could have something to do with it. Try black cohosh, and even blue cohosh. These are herbs you can get at any health food store. They regulate your cycles, help stop cramps, spasms, and have many other wonderful healing quaities. Most people who work in these type stores already know a lot of things to help you. If this doesn't help, then it is time to see a Dr. as you may have problems requiring surgery. I had loong lasting periods, bad cramps, clots, and they got worse and worse over the years. After the hysterectomy, it was soo nice! The migrane headaches disappeared also. If you are living with stress your cycles will stay flowing as long as you are stressed. I was on for 3 months once when my parents divorced. I find it better to try natural things FIRST, if it don't work THEN go to the Dr. as they are only trained to write pills etc. for your symptoms, they are NOT TRAINED TO HEAL YOU! Hope I helped. |
