Depression can be a serious problem. I suffered from it for years until I went to counseling and my doctor prescribed Wellbutrin and Zoloft medications. They really work. Nothing else I tried helped at all. I jogged, exercised, walked, etc. but nothing helped.
If you don't have the money to go to counseling, you could try prayer. Read the Book of Psalms in the Bible. You can get some comfort from that and pray for God to give you some relief from your burdens. Good Luck!.....)( |

If you are an adolescent, its normal. All your feelings are electric and intense give peer pressure, hormones, figuring out your identity.
If you believe it is more than that (AND I DON'T MEAN TO MINIMIZE REAL FEELINGS YOU ARE HAVING) contact an organization like a crisis hotline, teens in trouble, child and family services or network in your area. Ask your school nurse or counselor.
There are so many people out there waiting to help!
I am just PAYING IT FORWARD - someone helped me |

I've been in your situation many times before. Some of the things I do to make myself feel better is listen to some music that suits my mood then after awhile I find a more up beat tune. I have also found that if you do something that you love to do. Then do that it helps you to relax. Sometimes I get in a tub full of hot water with bath salts and relax when i'm feeling depressed. When I get out I usually feel better because it helps take your mind of your troubles. Reading helps if you like to read because you get lost in the world that the author has created for the reader. Let me know if I helped you any. |
