it depends on what you are doing. being a felon gives the cops every right to search him or your car. especially if they are on probation or parole. But they won't be arrested just because you are driving illegally |

Probably, unless you didn't know you were driving with someone with no license. |

Who are you talking about? The convicted felon or the driver?
I would think that the driver would get in trouble regardless since he|she doesn't have a license.
Not sure about the felon? |

The convicted felon will not be held responsible for the other persons driving. If the drive breaks a law, it reflects on the driver, not the felon. |

the person driving without a license can, if he/she is driving on a public road. the felon won't unless he's on parole and it's discovered by an arresting officer, or he's an escapee... |

No the convicted felon is not in trouble because all they were doing was RIDING in a car driven by someone with no license. |

yes... it doesn't matter which you are talking about...
the convicted felon is liable for the person driving if they do not have a license and are underage... AND The person driving gets in trouble not only for not having a license, but ALSO for being in the company of a convicted felon...if the felon is the reason for the pullover... if the felon has missed parole, or missed meetings that they are required by law to attend, they are breaking the law, and the driver could be seen as an accessory to whatever crime the felon may/or may not be guilty |

Not in Florida. As long as the felon has been legally released from prison, has not committed a new crime, is not wanted by the police, and is in possession of a valid driver's license he should not have any problems in the great state of Florida. |
