If i am a seller on eBay can I retract a bidders bid if they have many negative feedbacks or no feedbacks?
at all? What if i have in my item description that if you have -O- or negative feedback to contact me, and they don't? Is there a way to retract their bid? I dont see that option for seller?

Yes,
you give your reasons to Ebay and not potential buyer
Only the end purchaser can leave feedback

You have to go to the site map page (upper right corner) under "seller help" and "cancel a bid on your listing".

Yes, on your Ebay page, look for the Site Map on the far right hand side of the page, near the top. Click on that and a whole, large menu will come down and look for cancelling bids. Cancel the person's bid, then set up a blocked bidders page, (on same page at Site Map) and add that name to it.

Yes you can ban the bidder from bidding and their bid

Yes, I have done this before. Things have changed with the setup part on ebay so probably your quickest way of getting this resolved is "chatting" with an ebay rep. which I believe that link can still be found on the home page of ebay.com.

I don't think so. I think the basic way of thinking in this is you're selling it and therefore don't want it and you get paid for it so it's up to the buyer what they do to it. They're the ones who have paid for it.
