NO. EXERCISE AND PROPER DIET HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE KEY TO MAINTAINING PROPER WEIGHT AND GOOD HEALTH. REDUCE INTAKE OF CARBS. GET URSELF AT LEAST 30 MIN OF UNINTERRUPTED CARDIO EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 DAYS A WEEK, 5 IF U HAVE TIME.
ITS OKAY TO HAVE A HIGH CARB BREAKFAST, BUT FOR LUNCH OR DINNER, VERY LITTLE TO NONE. OH YEAH, EAT 3 SQUARE MEALS A DAY. |

No! Get your stomach stapled... It will help you eat less food, but it is not as unhealthy as starving yourself.
Better yet, find a guy who likes large women---like me. There are lots of such guys out there. |

haha, sorry but it is. By starving yourself, you only destroy your body.
Simple tips to lose weight-
-drink water, a lot. at least 8 glasses/day
-eat fruits and veggies instead of candy
-portion your food. eat half a sandwich, half the normal steak
-don't set a high overall goal... make it like 10 pounds in the first month, and if you can do that, try 15
-losing more than 10 lbs a week is VERY unhealthy
-walk more. if you don't have to use a car, then don't
and if possible, start at a gym, and actually go.
but remember one important thing-- do NOT let your diet turn into a disorder. by that, don't make your weight to be the most important thing in your life, and don't set EXTREME goals, and NEVER make yourself throw up. |

Um hell nah u shoudlnt starve urself!!!!Eat better,eat smaller proportions,exercise more,eat less potatoes breads pastas and cereals cuz they turn 2 sugar n ur body.Thats the stuff that worked 4 me...I went from 200 pounds to 132 pounds......good luck. |

no it is not healthy to do dat in order to lose weight you have to eat just change you eating habits and cut down on your portions. if you starve yourself your body might eventually turn on you and cause harm. |

NO!!! not unless you want to die You need to exercise 30 min a day, drink about a gallon of water throughout the day, eat 5 small meals about 3 hours apart the meals should be something like an egg white with turkey omlet no butter use pam, chicken breast steamed brocoli and white rice, tuna fish made with fat free mayo on letuce, talapia with steamed califlower white rice, and the meals should be no larger than a small plate.all condiments should be fat free and use splenda for sweetner and herds to season foods.for sweet tooth sugar free jello or sugar free fudge pops.remember it is going to take time and alot of effort so be Patient. |

if you COuLD starve yourself you probably wouldn't be overweight. you probably eat too much. if you can, and do starve yourself, you probably are not overweight, you probably just think you are, like anorexics, you probably have a distorted self image. no you shouldn't starve yourself but you should stop asking silly questions. |
