Don't mind these people, they had razor blades for breakfast. I wear a size 6 and 1/2 in ladies and I buy a size four and 1/2 in mens. Hope this helps some. |

A size 6 women's (US table) is equivalent to a size 4.5 in men (US table)

Size 4 in men's shoes. Women's shoes are 2 sizes higher than men's. I wear a size 9 in women's shoes and a size 7 in men's shoes.....)( Hope this helps! |
