There's not a whole lot that would change for me. I already do guy stuff... (yes, that too! Just when I'm done, I can throw it on the floor!). I think the only differences would be that I would get paid equally for the work I do and people wouldn't automatically write me off the way the sometimes do now. I wouldn't have to stop them before they got that far like I do now, because they wouldn't do it in the first place if I were a guy. |

Since I'm Canadian, I would probably have to fill out a LOT of forms, in duplicate and in both official languages. I would also have to explain to my spouse and family (who are pretty supportive and understanding, so they'd surely still love me). I'd probably get a better job and a better salary and a better chance at getting my writing published... But the absolute best thing would be that I'd have NO MORE STUPID MENSTRUAL PERIODS and wouldn't have to waste all that money on the stupid products for it, go through all the pain and mood swings, worry about getting pregnant, etc. And then I wouldn't have menopause to go through, either! WOOHOO! In fact, I think I might just go look into a sex change, now that you mention it... |
