Sorry, but I would put it in my pocket.
It's not like I can ask people "is this hundred dollar bill yours??!?!" |

If no one was around and there was no one that it could belong to I would keep it. But actually, just recently I was in disney world and I was getting the tram to go back to my car and the person who was getting off the tram left a large amount of money on the seat and walked away. (it must have fallen out of his pocket) I picked up the money and returned it to him. Would you believe this guy did not even say thank you??...That made me a little mad, but at least I know I did my good deed for the day. |

Depends where: If I were at a fairly busy place like a grocery store, hotel lobby, or something of the like I would probably turn it in to the front desk or manager and ask them if they'd ask around about it. Usually, if they don't find an owner, they'll return it to whoever found it. If I were on the street and found one, I'd use my judgment - if it looked like someone just dropped it, I might ask people nearby. But you know, if I happened to be in the middle of nowhere, I'd probably just pocket it - finders keepers! =] And then I'd spend it! |

I would probably use it to buy a tank of gas and a casual meal. |

If I found a 100 dollar bill like on the street I would probably keep it because most of the time you wont find the person who it belongs to. But if I was like at school or at A store or any other public place I would turn it in to either like the cashier or pricibal or somebody that could return it to the owner. I would find it dishonest to keep it if found it like in a store. |

I would try and see if it belonged to some else and give it back, and only keep it if that search completely failed. |

I would put gas in my truck.
I drove to Florida and when I stopped for gas along the way, $100.00 is how much it cost to fill up. |

I would look around and if nobody seen me pick it up I would keep it. Then I would take my wife to Mcdonalds and let her order anything off the dollar menu then the rest is mine. |

My son DID find a $100 bill in a parking lot. Nobody was around to ask, so I told him he could keep it. He had much fun buying his first fishing pole, and a bunch of games. He has always been lucky. When I was in labor with him before he was born, my hubby gave me a lottery ticket to scratch to keep my mind off my pain....of course the ticket was a $100 winner! |

A hundred dollar bill is not enough to worry about.
I would spend it the same as a loony or toony.
On the other hand, if it was a one million dollar bill I would turn it in to the cops.
-----------
We had a case here recently where a person turned $18,000.00 in to the cops as found money. After it went unclaimed he tried to get it back as he had the right to it under our law. He actually had to take the police to court over it
