i would open up a farm of some kind for rescue dogs...have a bunch of workers live there and take care of them...have a special training camp there for the dogs as well...each dog would have their own room but it would be a fenced in yard so they could all run around together...i just love dogs |

i would first pay tithes, then i would donate the funds or 1/3 to a cure for myasthenia gravis foundation, 1/3 for homeless shelter to advance their education and career skills, 1/3 for abused children shelter and counseling |

Soup kitchens around my area would be like the Horn of Plenty. Every bus stop I came to I'd give away cars with free ins for a yr. After that they could either keep up the ins. or sell the car. Small churches would also get a nice check to help out around the place for electric,utilities,etc. and that should about wipe out 10 mil |
