There are a few that I would like to open. The first one would be a ballroom cafe, this would be a small, softly lit place with comfy couches, candles and good slow dancing music. The food would be simple yet elegant, the main focus is to be able to spend a romantic evening with your honey.Slow dancing and conversation is the focus.
The second one would be an Art Gallery, local artist would be able to bring there work in and sell it, as well as a childrens art display. Open and creative is the way I would want it to feel. |

If I opened a resturaunt I'd call it "Idontcare". Know why? Everytime you meet up with someone for lunch and ask where they want to go they say "Idontcare" think about the business I'd have! haha |

I know a young black female in Philadelphia that got a small business minority loan and opened a restaurant called "Cornbread and Coffee." It is soooooooo cute! Business is booming for her. Hope this helps. Besides, America has become so dependent on coffee, if you open one in your area it is sure to never go out of business. |
