Hmmm... A million isn't that much really.
I would put at least a quarter of it into my mutual fund accounts to make up for what I've lost since September. I'd put some of it in my daughter's Roth IRA that she doesn't know exists. The rest I'd invest in real estate. |

I would give some away to the poor and help me parents pay off bills. Then I would use the rest for my friends and my boy friend. |

If no taxes are taken out, I would buy a nice little house somewhere for me and my wife.
We'd take a trip to Graceland, and Ireland or maybe Fiji.
I'd pay off our car and my wife's student loans and maybe stuff the bank with the rest.
I wouldn't stop getting regular income. I might invest some money into a small business. |

I'd put money away for my kids educations.
Give my mom a chunk of cash to take a bigass vacation with. She deserves it.
Purely selfish: I'd get some new slippers. |

Go on yahoo answers and ask what you would do if you won 1 million dollars!
Just kidding.
I would probably do nothing because I would be lying on the floor fainted from the shock and excitement! |

I'd take maybe $10,000 for my husband and myself to spend on a few things we need or want (mainly for our apartment). The rest would go into a trust overseen by the Catholic church to invest in an apartment building so that homeless people could be given apartments, furniture, the necessities to start their lives over and the time to get themselves together without pressure (at least two years, no 'forced prayer or any 'don't do' except no drugs and no alcohol to excess' ... yes, the whole $990,000 for that. We've been homeless, you see, and we 'made it back' and now live on a 'slightly above median' income, are extremely happy and productive, and we would love to give others the same chance we had (which is when we met), |

Save enough to get me through college and on the road to a great career and then use the rest to help out Africa since no one seems to care that they're worse off than pretty much any charity organization we have here in the US. |

Pay off any debts, sell my house, move to Australia, buy a beachfront house and a nice Mercedes. Also a Cabrio!
Raise a family there and retire there as well.
Good enough? |

I don't know what I would do with a million dollers. Charity, shopping... I don't know. There's so much of that money, I wouldn't really think about it that much because I probably wouldn't buy anything more expensive than what I already do. I'd just buy a little more.... I would DEFINATELY travel though! |
