No you arent too small. As long as you eat well you're fine, its just your body type...I wore girls sizes until I was in high school! I finally wore a 3 when I was well into 9th grade(back then they didnt make size 0 or 1). :)

No... I wore size 12/14 jeans when I was 13. I'm 18 now and I wear size 1 pants in juniors. I'm on a gain weight diet right now. My doctor are trying everything she can in order to help me gain weight without having to take pills for it.

Depends on how tall you are...my moms is 42 and is about ur size but she is 4'10 so it doesn't look bad. If you were 5'7 I would say you need to take better care of yourself. Plus your hips might not have even spread yet so that makes you wear a smaller size. When my hips spread I got nice curvy ones so even if I wear women's I have to go up a few sizes and have the waist taken in. So it just really depends on height and body build. If you are really concerned see a doctor.
