Be very Frugal with your money, manage wisely, otherwise it will come back and bite you in the A$$. Also, get a renters guidebook, it will give you tips on how to handle landlords and any disputes or questions you may have.
Don't buy a bunch of expensive furniture, get something cheap or used. You can always upgrade later on when you're making more money. Best of Luck! |

You may be temped to find "roommates" to help with expenses, be VERY CAREFUL!! Have proper documents signed to clearly state what they are responsible for, the items they will pay for and how much. Also, be careful with credit, it can get you into more problems than you could ever imagine. |
