I work from home and have a small room dedicated to my "office". Do you need an off-site one? Can you afford the rent? Cleaning service? Insurance? Set-up? I have no clue what business you're in. If you need to meet the public, then off-site is better, but then there's advertising costs. So do some math before you dive in.
