Give the feedback after you've received the item. How else can you comment on the condition of the item, or the way the sale was handled.
As the seller, I generally leave feedback upon receipt of prompt payment. If I don't get prompt payment, I wait until they leave feedback for me. |

E-bay does not give you any feedback. The feedback is given by the people who bought & sold the item.

You should always wait until you recieve the product. Just in case something is wrong with it. Or they might not even send it to you at all. Also paypal is the safest way to ebay. I wrote a check once and the person cashed my check and never sent me the product so be safe not sorry. |

depneds if you like the item or not. Recently I purchased a part for my Jeep and it was not the correct part. Seller said it would fit, product listed another part for my Jeep. I filed a complaint with Ebay and Paypal and got a full refund in less than 24 hours and chose not to leave feedback. So many on Ebay wait until they receive feedback until they leave it. If you leave negative they will do the same. |
