lol.. what a great question although you would have gotten a shorter list had you asked how do I act like an adult ;).. I pout as my fiance will testify to. I watch cartoons and dress up for Halloween. I would rather have candy or sweet stuff instead of dinner. I get grumpy before bedtime. In the car I am prone to naps. I have a ball at christmas. Ohhh I'm sure there is lodes more but I dont want to bore anyone... |

I whine and complain when I'm tired or hungry.
I enjoy Saturday AM cartoons.
I laugh at practically anything.
I still enjoy the feeling of jammies w/ feet.
I call my mother "Mommy."
I jump into piles of leaves after raking.
I get upset when I don't get my way.
I still have a favorite stuffed animal.
I sleep w/ a nightlight.
In my heart I still believe in Santa Claus.
I get excited on my birthday and can't wait for presents.
A good fart can always make me giggle.
Peanut butter & jelly is my favorite sandwich.
I'm usually very truthful & say whatever's on my mind.
I fall asleep in the car.
I say "I Love You" to at least one person every day.
Oh and I ALWAYS look both ways b4 crossing the street. LOL

I cry if I get hurt badly enough, I can have a bit of a temper tantrum if I'm frustrated enough. I like cartoons and sometimes I still color in coloring books if the mood hits me. And I'm still fascinated with wind-up toys. |

I like playing in the snow--you know, making snow people and snow angels! I like coloring in the kid's coloring books and I really like finger painting--shhhhh don't tell anyone. I love legos and magnetix--those are fun! I love the slides and swings in the park---Weeeeee!!! My son recently got me started playing the PS2 and gamecube--now I know what I've been missing! I love the amusement parks!!! I like going to Toys R Us and playing with all the new toys! I still shake my gifts at Christmas to see if I can guess what they are!
I hope I never grow up!! ;0) |

Definitly would be Video Games! Just started DDO and am fighting with my husband for computer time. We actually had to buy a second x-box because we were fighting over too often! |

Sometimes I get a brat attack and throw a tantrum. I am also grouchy when I don't get enough sleep so everyone stays away. I also get grouchy when I'm tired so everyone steers clear of me too. Haha. But since I'm older now, I warn them in advance. |

umm...i play with toys like legos, i play in the snow, i enjoy running around outside, i like to laugh, i like cartoons, i still love lucky charms, i chase women around the playground, and i think women have cooties. well, maybe not the last one, but oh well =P |

Honestly..when they say "you act like a child" they are trying to tell you you are inmature...but as a matter of fact...that comparison is very unfair to children.
Acting like a child really should mean that:
You are capable of forgiving without resentment.
You have a playful and joyful spirit.
You show your true feelings without masks.
You have sincere and honest frienships.
You can sleep tight and wake up happy.
You are not ashamed to cry if you feel like it.
You can laugh so hard that you might get a stomach ache.
You still have a sense of wonder.
So...if you act like a child in all of these ways, CONGRATULATIONS!
"Acting like a child" shouldn't be a synonimous of being a "ridiculous adult". |
