It depends on what alot is. It's alot when I have to buy a cheeseburger at mcdonalds and all I have is $100. If I have to pay the rent, then it's really, really not a lot. If I have to balance it out to a yes or no question... I'd have to say, in order to survive, $100 is not a lot of money.
BUT : If you spend smart and not blow through money, then you could probably do a few smart things with it.
