Not at the current moment but if you think about it, its possible that everyone in the world is currently sleeping. Maybe, in real life we are all asleep on some alien planet light years away, and the lives we are living are not real at all but some sort of dream-life. And when we die, we really just wake up from these dreams. But as soon as we wake up we die becuase the air in this alien world is made in a way that is our breathing speeds up to normal (as it does when we wake up from deep sleep) we are unable to breath it because our lungs are only able to withstand the slow steady breathing one experiancing in a REM form of sleep. Our population never ages, eats, or sleeps in real life, instead there are so many of us but while we slowly die off our real population gets smaller and smaller, and eventually there will be no one left.
but thats just me thinking out loud. ;) |
