Yes. Dog meat is very high in protien, and even common diet in some countries. I don't know about cat. I'd like to see you try and catch a cat when chasing it with a meat cleaver. I would be safe to guess that cats have survived all these years by being complete aloof and very difficult to catch.
But seriously, I really hope it doesn't come to that. It almost seems as if governments would prefer their citizens remain somewhat primitive for this is an advantage they have over us. |
