it is better to go to your local employment development department (EDD) they have listing of employers who are looking for enrty level (no experience) help, and sometimes you can find a very good job that way, they train you, now you are worth keeping, a lot of aircraft companies do it that way

Just be aware that although it could seem to be a good idea, it may look like you are non-experienced and incompetent. Although, it could also reflect that you are keen and partially interested in that particular company. So, it is a risk but could turn out well, after all, the worst they can say is no. |

No. The best thing to do is dress in business clothes and go to their HR Department. Ask nicely at the HR Department if they are hiring. No need to say anything about being inexperienced because they may decide to train you. Always be polite even if they tell you "no." Thank them and leave. You never know when you may run into that same HR person at another job interview and they will remember your politeness. |

No. Put together a resume' and take it to them weither they are hiring or not because if you call they will most likely blow you off because they have other things to do. |
