call social services , the school will probably brush it under the rug,,, I had that happen in Grass lake and I called the school then the police called me an threatend me and told me to drop it so I did the opposite and called my aunt that is a social worker and showed them and the stupid police.....!!!

If your daughter just went up and turned off the radio without asking then yes she deserved it, she should learn her manners. The driver was wrong to punch her in response however, but if it was done in a friendly way cuz they have a rapport, then it's ok. If it was done maliciously then you should talk to the driver. But it's still your daughter's fault for being rude and doing things she shouldn't. Take responsibility instead of trying to blame others.
