Its fine provided you keep your body temperature at an even level,and make sure you are secure and safe.Many doctors reccomend sleeping without underwear to let that area breathe!Its especially beneficial to use cotton sheets and allow your skin to get oxygen!As long as you keep warm enough in the winter and cool enough in the summer its fine! You want to make sure you are either alone or with someone you trust...and make sure your not too cold or in poor health or any medicial condition that gives you low body temperature. |

Yes it is okay to sleep naked. Just make sure no one else can see! If you're sleeping with a significant other this can lead to potential sexual encounters.

There is nothing wrong with sleeping naked. The only thing I can think of that you might "get" is a rash from detergent or fabric softener or synthetic fibers if you are allergic to those things. |
