Rape is a legal term. So unless a judge had determined that it is rape, what happened really only falls under the terms, "wanted sex" or "unwanted sex".
That way, you can really simplify it, and not have to worry about terms like rape. The only person that could make that determination is a judge or jury that investigates the matter in a legal setting.
Although, I'd think that the terms "wanted/unwanted sex" might have more meaning to you. |
