LOL, my husband and i do. everyone makes fun of us, but i'm a cover hog and he sweats in his sleep so this solves both problems! we still cuddle it's just a little different with 2 blankets! |

I don't think it is weird. Just because you share a bed it does not mean you necessarily have the same desire for covers. One may like more blankets or less, one may like to wrap-up the other to kick a leg out.
It makes sense that each is comfortable for sleep and not uncomfortable all night or pulling covers, or worse yet getting irratable with someone you love over something so easily remedied. You can still get that snuggle time in and then add the second cover as sleep nears. Happy sleeping and don't sweat the small stuff. |

No way, especially if it's really cold! Perfectly understandable. Some people like to cuddle the blanket. |

I hear that's common in Germany, you just get enough blanket to cover your body and your bedmate has their own blanket. I'd rather share a blanket and get maximum body heat and cuddling. |

yes i think so because if you're a couple and and you sleep on the same bed than that would mean that you weren't couple otherwise mad at each other |

I don't think so, I know that I use my own blanket because my husband pulls it off me at night and to top it off he slobs. |

Depends on if the couples relationship is secure, and also if the personal blankets do not interfere or inhibit physical needs. I at times use my own blanket especially when it gets cold as my partner stays warmer than I do. |
