At home marketing businesses can be worth it if you have a good product (Avon is general recognized as an excellent product) and you treat the business like a full time job. If you just play at it, it won't be worth it. However if you have (or learn) some sales skills and put in the time it can be well worth it. |

I have only met one person that says she likes it but yet she has a full time job also and she puts alot into it and has tons of customers. So I would guess it is not worth it if you won't have alot of customers. I would never do it. |

How you will sell avon products? And If no one buys the products then you will have to use all.

I think it depends on how hard you are willing to work. There are people who sell Avon as a full time business, and some who do it on the side.
I sell Avon, and it works for me because I can get discounts on the things my family uses most (i have 5 kids, and 3 of them are teenagers).
Plus I can get stuff to give as gifts at a discount price (like for birthdays & holidays). Usually, the percentage I make is enough to pay for my own order and my books for the next order, so I break even.
Sometimes it does seem like it is more time consuming than it is worth, but ultimately the final decision will be yours. You should weigh the pro's and con's as they relate to you to determine if you think it's worth it.

I don't think its worth it if you aren't able to sell a lot. You will also get discounts for your own products. If you don't buy much for yourself and you sell lots of products then it will be good. |
