Yes. I've used it many times on EBay. One time the DVD I paid for didn't arrive. I contacted them & they refunded my money. |

Just be careful, I signed up and used it around the Holidays, and I was charged 4 times for 1 item, I sent e-mails etc. but I got fleeced out of 80.00, but it only happened once, that was enough for me to stop using it.. |

Sure. I've used it for many transactions and there is no problem whatsoever. Go ahead and use it. It does have some inconveniences but there isn't ant better payment system on the net except for credit cards. |

I managed to get my money back from a dodgy website once when they never came through with the goods so cant be that bad! Their fee's are a bit expensive if you are selling though. |

Yes, it is very safe. Most people who use eBay or purchase online use it.
However, you MUST watch out for phishing emails, which could result in your identity being stolen. Emails from PayPal, eBay, etc. will have your REAL NAME & your username.
All others which DON'T identify you personally ARE fake.
Oh, and always remember to sign out when you're done ordering something online (or logged into PayPal's website), even if it IS you're own computer. |

someone hacked into my account 3 times and bought stuff overseas, paypal is still pending whether i owe them 300 or not because some asshole used my account to buy some stuff from Great Britain and Chicago. |

be careful i use it for eBay stuff all the time but i sometimes get emails that are fake from them, and i don't know if they are legit, i type in the password wrong to know if its a legit email |
