It's not illegal for teens to have sex, as long as it's with someone of similar age. Even if there were a law, it would be impossible to enforce. The 'sale' of pornography to minors is a crime, possession by a minor is not (unlike cigarettes & alcohol). |

ok its not ok for kids to be having sex and as far as porn goes it not good for anyone to be watching it . it asking for trouble and saying its ok for these people to be saleing there body and that its ok for what the do. its not ok to sell your self on the street so what makes it ok for these woman to sell them self in front of a camra. its not and people are to dum to see that . do you really want your son watch that. do you now how man times palces like that have been shut down to aids? to many. and when you sit and think about it. its all wrong and the only one that can try to stop is you as his mother and not the goverment. if you bring your son up right and understand that this is wrong and that there are so many different things he can catch and it can kill him maybe not right away but years and then what can you do to help nothing but be there. just lead him in the right way. |

it is not legal unofficially, so thats the parents duty to avoid it.
pornography also not allowed, it is to avoid unwanted action, coz people under 18 is considered cannot differ things well in their life, so they need guardian.

Of coarse it is. Why shouldn't it be? As long as age is comparable. I think we should stop concentrating on creating laws that are completely unrealistic. Life has already been made too sterile by these laws that are meant to take the place of common sense. |

Yes, children can have sex legally as long as they are both children. There wouldn't be room in the juvenile jails if they tried to stop this situation. Now if one of them is over 18, they could be arrested for statutory rape. |

The laws vary from state to state.
In many states it is under 17 not 18, and it also may depend on the age of the other party.
If one perosn is 18 and the other 15 it may be a higher crime than a 15 and a 16 year old.
That is for the crime of rape, even if both parties consent it is considered rape.
So in some states it is not rape for a 16 and a 17 to have sex. But it could be some lesser issue that child welfare could look at if they wanted to.
So you will have to look up your specific state law.

Yes it is. There is no age restriction on condoms so anyone can get them. So underage sex is not really against the law. |

ya, theirs it's reall up to your parents. U can, it's in your personal life and the county thinks that kids have sex when they are ready. And kids are allowed to look at pornography, but no in a public place. |

It is but it isn't stricktly enforced. It could be statchitory (guese) rape if one of the 2 is over the age of 18.
