Why do you think that revenge is going to help your situation? If it ever got out who did the leak you would have your future employment tainted for a very long time. If the wife is really all that you say he already has a miserable life and he probably knows all of the things that you do!
Move on, learn to keep your mouth shut in the future. He is not a whole lot better than his wife if he indeed got you fired. Avoid this kind of person in the future and make this a huge learning experience for the future! |

First off, How old are you ? Second, just grow up and get over it. Unless your life is squeky clean, when you leak the affair, all your embarrassing stuff will probobly come out. Be prepared for the fallout of such a childish move. |

Of course it is wrong. And you knew that or you wouldn't have even asked the question. You didn't say how a person who works for a competitor managed to get you fired. You must have done something wrong? Get over it and move on with your life. |

I will touch first on SLANDER OR LIBEL. It does not matter if the information being send out to other peoples knowledge with intent to malice and malign the person is true or not, THAT IS QUALIFIED SLANDER OR LIBELOUS ACT, and surely has liabilities under the law.
There are so many ways the offended party shall be able to know whom shall be charged in the court of law, so never under estimate your adversary. You are in the state of distress and therefore I believe you are not in complete control of yourself, so in all possibilities, and probabilities you will fail to make a prefect crime. That is a criminal offense, I assure you. You will end up in jail and got to pay a big amount of civil liabilities. I assure you that.
so no need for me to say what is right or wrong. It is even not any more a matter of right or wrong, but even a criminal offense. Right or wrong may be a matter of sin, and God is the one you violate, but here, you shall also violates the law of men. So you will be allowed to commit in sense double jeopardy and allowed to suffer the same, in God's law, and in man's law.
Move on! You did not tell what caused your separation from work...not so clear and only you with that kind of evil intent may really leads you to such kind of situation. I brotherly advise you introspect and change your attitude for good, and live a peaceful mind and heart. Good life shall be waiting for you, only if you heed to what is good. maybe you should try looking for another job, and not get involved in his life? screwing people over like that isn't a good idea. I know your pissed off but you should just let it go. Just forget about this loser and make your own life happen. Mostly im saying this because his wife has nothing to do with your grudge against this guy. True, shes family to that jerk, but shes innocent as far as it goes against your grudge. Youd be taking out your anger on her rather than him, and hes going to look like a playa while shes going to look like an idiot. thats not what you want. just forget about these people. |
