kelle_belle
no. not a 100% sometimes it may break, that's why u use other methods of contraceptives as back-up |

oblomov
Abstinence is the one and only that's 100% safe. |

LitlBit
absolutely not. condoms tear. abstinence is the only thing that is 100% safe. |

Hitlary
No. Abstinence is the only contraceptive that works %100,....every time it's tried. |

It isn't alway's 100% but, it's definitly a shot. You may come across your condom popping at some point, or some crazed girlfriend poking holes at it before you put it on though. Just make sure that it's always the perfect fit, check your girl, (joking :P), and just be alert about it.
Glad you're strapping up! |

no. triple wrap it. |

No. Many a baby has been the end result of a broken condom. |

Nothing is 100% foolproof. Even when you get older and a woman or a guy gets fixed not to have kids anymore. There is still a very slim chance of conceiving a child. Only 100% is not doing it. |

no it's 99.9999999999999999999999999999999999999... |

no.....i think its something like 98% or 99%
i would suggest a condom as well as birth control pills
be double safe if you dont want a baby! |

Starlight9898
No, you are not 100% safe when using a condom. This is a fact!!!! Condoms may contain tiny holes in them or they might rip while in use. They help protect, but not 100%! |

wolfelady692003
no always there is always that slight chance that it has a pin hole in it or something. |

atiqueflorida1947

It depends on the quality of condom and yourself. |

bass_god_09

not at all. there is a chance that something may go wrong. But if you read the instructions and use it properly it should work just fine and keep you safe. |

mud
No. If anyone tells you they are 100% safe be sure to get their name and phone number and when they'll be available to come over and baby sit. And tell them to bring a 10 pack of pampers when they come over....they're very expensive. |

wastingtyme_52
nope just 98.9% but oh well better than not at all |

♫Hope♫
nope. Only 96-99%, depending on study. And a condom doesn't prevent you from getting a STD's either - only about 90% effective. |

usfbabe1985
The only thing that is 100% effective is abstinence, which we all know isn't likely to happen in a majority of people. Condoms and most birth controls are all 99.9% effective but there is always the possibility something may fail. You're best bet would be to use condoms, birth control, and/or spermicide. Good luck |
